You probably broke up your lines in the wrong place or else your folder
names include some "poison" characters such as % or '. I just tested the
version below, which is adapted to your version but in English, and it works
perfectly. You will need to activate Line 4 and adjust the target folder
name to suit your requirements. And please do not wait another three weeks
if you need more help - it takes too much time re-familiarizing myself with
the issue after such a long time.

Correction - I omitted a double quote in Line 4. Note also that
"\\server\contacts.db" can be a share name but that it cannot possibly be a
file name.

I say you can not find the path specified

[1] @echo off
[2] set dest=%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms
[3] for /F %%a in ('dir /b /ad "%dest%"') do SET dir=%%a
[4] echo xcopy /y "\\server\contacts.db" "%dest%\%dir%\Folder2\"

If I put the echo to the last line of it stays in:

"C:\Documents and Settings\Peter\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Forms\\\Folder2\"
