Found this suggestion:
"In (make the Keys if they aren't in place):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions\

Make a DWORD called "NoTheaterMode" and set the value to 1"
