I have a copy where I upgraded the interface here (x, y, z input on the same line of the text file, comma delimited, last line must contain "-END-"): http://forum.solidworks.com/forum/attachments/NewPointCloud.zip . You can then use "surface fill" to fill in the points. You will have to make a surface boundary (with splines/curves). You may have to make multiple boundaries, and split it into multiple surfaces.
