In town office went to a full voice mailbox. They better listen.

They actually do listen--really--but are they hearing from you? If not, you can imagine to whom they're listening, and what they hear. There's a TEA Party on Capitol Hill today. Last minute, since it's a blitzkrieg vote, but there should be a few folks there, rallying and visiting House members. I went Nov. 5th--it was great. Lots of civil, smart people, concerned about our government, full of good, positive ideas. I'd be at this one too, but heard too late to make it. (That's the advantage of cramming secret bills through at the last minute: like blitzkrieg, no one can defend it). This $2.5T packet of pork and lies is a coin-toss from passing. Hmmm, ham...tasty. If you read 8 hrs per day, that's only 115 pages per hour. Of course that doesn't leave any time for analysis and number crunching. Hey, Have you noticed if Bret at Foxnews has interviewed any arrogant bastards lately? Mike |
