From: JMD.Park on 26 Feb 2010 15:41 I am using Access 2007. When I add a button it does not appear on the switchboard. I did delete one button, but it was not working either. How do I create a button that will appear and work properly? Thanks in advance for your advice.
From: bhicks11 via AccessMonster.com on 26 Feb 2010 20:50 Did you edit the Switchboard in Design View or edit the Switchboard through Tools, Database Utilities, Switchboard Manager? Working on a switchboard is dangerous stuff. There is lots of things going on behind those buttons. You can lock up you database so it cannot be opened or repaired. I know from experience but luckly I had a backup that was not too many days old. Many folks will tell you to create your own by using a form and command buttons. -- Build a little, test a little.
