Hello, all. I have installed ver 11.0 of subject software on sever WinXP SP2
platforms but find I cannot get the most recent updates via LiveUpdate
unless the LiveUpdate cache is empty. There is no problem connecting to the
default Symantec updates server . Does anyone know of a fix? Thanks for
your time and comment. Sincerely,

This would be a question for Symantec support.

Start here:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index.jsp

Then search on the error message that you get (but omitted here). If
nothing shows up there as a solution, go to:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/contact_techsupp_static.jsp

Or you could visit their forums at:

http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums

Many, many moons ago when I used Norton products, they had a web form
where you could submit a ticket using a web form and they got back to
you via e-mail within 3 business days. Don't know if they still have
that or if it's only for their non-business products.

What specific version did you install and is it x32 or x64?

Have you uninstalled it, including Live Update, and tried again?
