I have a user that is getting the following sync error message randomly
throughout the day:

I ran the SCANOST.EXE file in C:\Program Files\Common
Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 and get the following log:

Any light on what 'Hidden Message' is?

Note: This was after deleting the existing .ost file and having Outlook
recreate it.
