Any suggestions for a syslog client for Window based servers? My
understanding is with Windows, there's no native syslog service?

Try KIWI:
http://www.kiwisyslog.com/kiwi-syslog-server-overview/

After the trial it will still work with limited functionality, maybe it is
still enough you need.
