System Explorer 2.3.0.3101

Great little portable app. Does what it says, and a lot more.

It's not just a process explorer, it can terminate processes and
process trees, change affinity, send suspicious files and processes up
to Jotti or VirusTotal, and more. I find it really useful, and it
will take the place of 2 or 3 other favorite small utils. It's what
the Windows Task Manager should have been. No install necessary, unzip
and run.
