I agree.
This scores in that it's a portable program requiring no instal and
SystemExpolorer.exe can be compressed with UPX down to 832KB, reducing
the storage space required on a flash stick etc.

I find it useful to keep 2-3 programs like this around because each one
will often show 'something' that the others don't, and that's quite
useful if you're tracking down a system problem.
