When I boot up in XP Pro I Get "TLDR is missing" Press C,A, Del to restart.
on the boot up screen. Any ideas?

that's almost certainly NTLDR, and it means your installation is corrupted.
The best solution is to do a repair install with the original XP CD, and
then re-apply all the service packs and updates.

Also, best to run a virus checker .... most viruses can attack this file
and repairing will only allow the virus to spread if not contained.

Hi,
There are a couple of solutions here:

without having to resort to a repair install.

First thing to check is "Is there a floppy disk in the floppy drive?". Next
make sure you have a good backup then boot to the recovery console from your
installation media and run chkdsk /p
