Is there some advice avilable as to running a W2K3 TS with no AD? Our PDC is
a NT 4.0.

AD is not a requirement of TS on Win 2k3. Just add the Win 2k3 TS server to
your domain as a member server and setup TS.

Well you will need to use the local group policies to lock it down
(GPEDIT.MSC). MAKE SURE YOU DENY access to the .POL file to the
administrators OTHERWISE they will GET LOCKED.

You can use local policies on the Win 2k3 server to lock down the users that
log in. There is no special hardening for a server not in AD other than the
usual server hardening.
