From: Danny Sanders on 28 Oct 2009 09:12 AD is not a requirement of TS on Win 2k3. Just add the Win 2k3 TS server to your domain as a member server and setup TS. hth DDS "Sophus Vrsing (2670)" <newsvorsing(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:O%23%23cqO1VKHA.1236(a)TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > Is there some advice avilable as to running a W2K3 TS with no AD? You can use local policies on the Win 2k3 server to lock down the users that log in. There is no special hardening for a server not in AD other than the usual server hardening. hth DDS "Sophus Vrsing (2670)" <newsvorsing(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:%23xlq8eAWKHA.4484(a)TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... >I know but are there some "best praksis", "hardening" or other guidelines >for my setup? > > Brgds Sophus > > "Danny Sanders" <dsanders(a)NOSPAMbrakesplus.com> skrev i en meddelelse > news:%23ALA7B9VKHA.4360(a)TK2MSFTNGP04.phx.gbl... >> AD is not a requirement of TS on Win 2k3.
