environment: (2) server 203 terminal servers (SP2). printers shared from a
sbs 2003 (SP2) server.
problem: when some users log off, their printers remain, the system log
shows 1107 with description that the printer could not be deleted for each
printer that remains, then the print spooler crashes. this only happens on
one of the 2 teminal servers. this happens to various users and does not
always fail to remove the same printers each time.
steps taken: we have updated all print drivers on the SBS server. removed
any non needed drivers.
