I am getting the below error on all my Target servers on SQL Server 2005 SP2.
They are a mixture of Standard and Enterprise Edition.

My Master server is SQL Server 2005 SP2 as well.

This only occurs when SQL Agent is restarted. I have tried defecting and
re-enlisting, same error occurs.

Message
[419] Unable to open or read TSX cache file
'D:\MSSQL2005\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\JOBS\TSXCACHE.BIN' (win32 error code: 2)


Any ideas
