From: Suzanne S. Barnhill on 23 Mar 2010 09:38 See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TameAutoFormat.htm; Word thinks "Dear Sir" is a heading. And pressing Enter twice is a no-no; use Spacing After instead. -- Suzanne S. From: Josh Doten on 23 Mar 2010 09:41 Try undoing the "Auto Format" by hovering the cursor over the word/phrase until a blue box appears under it. When that happens, if you mouse over the blue box the "Autocorrect options" box should appear and you can select "Undo Automatic Format" from the list.
