From: Bill Gruener on 29 Mar 2010 15:39 If I understand the question, Word should create the hyperlink automatically. When the ToC is viewed in a Word document, the reader presses Ctrl+Left Mouse. The selected entry displays. If you create a PDF, the ToC appears as bookmarks, and you can select the desired section from the list of bookmarks.
