From: ??? on 30 Jan 2006 12:50 Ok so this is how MS support center help me to solve the problem: first he went for the Permission for the schedlog.txt file but we saw that the local system has full control on it. here is the 2nd communication: Hi Moshe, Unfortunately, all troubleshooting steps mentioned in my previous eMail didn't fix your problem. As a last chance, please try the following both suggestions: Extarct the attached Fix.zipa (password: 123456) and run the command SysTaskFix -fix. Install mstask.inf (but first uninstall the hot fix Q843280): System may ask for addditional MStask file, extract all requested files from original Win 2k3 CD MStask.ini and additional Mstask files were place in a separate folder and mstask.inf was run within the folder - Reboot (to replace mstask.dll) - This will replace the Account in the task credentials - Confirm/reapply the password again for every task (not sure if this necessary) - Install again hot fix Q843280.
