main server broke down under the burden of massive downloads. They put
all download links on this makeshift page, for MacOS, Win32, Win64,
LinuxAMD64 and Linux_x86, all for the protocols HTTP, FTP and
Rapidshare.

Actually it is a beta, but everybody seems to want it.

Hmm, looks like we're supposed to already know what is Teamspeak or the OP
thinks we're going to go Googling around for it. From its title, my guess
is that it is a voice chat client (that relies on servers that understand
its own protocol) to let groups of users prattle with each other. Might be
handy for the keyboard challenged.
