From: KMCUniversity on 22 Feb 2010 18:14 Is it possible to set up your calendar with background colors according to busy/available? In our company, I want my assistant to be able to see when me or my other consultatants are available for calls. Clients/Customers call into a main number, and since our calendar is shared, they can see when we're free. I want to be able to template when I'm free for certain KINDS of calls, so they will try to cluster these calls in places I want them. I tried to set a mock appt. using the busy toggle in the top, but it really didn't do what I hoped it would do. Any thoughts?

That doesn't sound like something Outlook can handle. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
