I was typing you a response a few minutes ago using Avant as my browser & noticed the cursor freezing up again after typing a few words. I opened up task manager & under Processes, the CPU was running something like 95%. So I had an idea. I closed out Avant & opened up Internet Explorer & looked at Task Manager again & under Processes the CPU usage was only about 0-2%. I then typed this message again & the cursor didn't lock up this time at all. I guess my question is why would Avant cause this issue? Hopefully, this was the issue. Thanks, John -- john "Jim" wrote: > On Sat, 20 Feb 2010 10:56:01 -0800, socks > <socks(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: > > >Hello, > > > >As I'm typing I notice notice my keyboard will lock up.
