Hello folks!!

I have configured a Terminal Service Farm with three server, I have
follow the microsoft documentation. I have tested the configuration with
local computer of my lan and they work fine, I can see with the farm
balanced the load and reconnect session disconnected. But my problem is
the remotes branch, this remotes branch connect with the headquarter by
VPN, I have done test from this computer and not connect, I have seen
with network analyzer that the request arrive to servers with SYN_RCVD,
but when pass a few seconds this connetions is cleared and the client
issue a error. In details on remoteapp client, I see that the scree not
pass of the initiating.

Somebody Could help me please?.

Please help us answer the questions by giving answers to these questions
below-

When exactly are you seeing the issue?Is it before you get the Windows
Security Credential prompt? Or after that?
Are you able to ping the server?
How long is it taking to reach the server?

This sounds more like a DNS issue. I have a similar scenario and everything
works great.
