I receive the following error message on one of our systems when trying to
login remotely over the web. The MS Terminal services add-on is not in the
add-on section to enable. Where can I download the add-on?

"To connect to your home server or home computer remotely, the Microsoft
Terminal Services Client Control add-on, or Microsoft RDP add-on must be
installed and enabled for your web browser."

According to your description, I understand that:

You receive the error when attempt to connect a computer's desktop in the
RWW.

If I have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Yes, the TS Microsoft RDP add-on should be installed on the clients that
will connect computers in the RWW. Moreover, if you attempt to connect from
Windows XP SP3 clients please note that by default all ActiveX controls are
disabled after you install Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3). To enable RWW
RDP web connection, you should manually enable the ActiveX control on the
clients.
