From: GTP on 2 Dec 2008 11:09 I receive the following error message on one of our systems when trying to login remotely over the web. The MS Terminal services add-on is not in the add-on section to enable. Where can I download the add-on? "To connect to your home server or home computer remotely, the Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control add-on, or Microsoft RDP add-on must be installed and enabled for your web browser." Thanks, Greg

From: Miles Li [MSFT] on 4 Dec 2008 03:03 Hello, Thank you for posting here. According to your description, I understand that: You receive the error when attempt to connect a computer's desktop in the RWW. If I have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know. Yes, the TS Microsoft RDP add-on should be installed on the clients that will connect computers in the RWW. Moreover, if you attempt to connect from Windows XP SP3 clients please note that by default all ActiveX controls are disabled after you install Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3). To enable RWW RDP web connection, you should manually enable the ActiveX control on the clients.
