m a is the formula for Newtonian force
gamma m a is (you say*) the formula for Relativistic force

F = gamma m a just says

Relativistic force is gamma times the Newtonian force

F/gamma = m a just says

Relativistic force divided by gamma is the Newtonian force

Its not saying anything new or different. It is not innovative.

Porat frequently thinks trivial algebraic manipulations are deep results.

Porat's head would 'splode if I showed him (...if I kept...) any one of my
homework sets for my undergraduate mechanics, quantum mechanics, E&M,
graduate mechanics, space physics, etc courses.
