Why not? Isn't it obvious? This would vaporize and blast the toxic
dispersant Corexit up into the atmosphere only to fall as acid rain,
harming Chevron's herbicide market across the entire Eastern US at least
as there would be little herb left for Ortho to cide making your idea a
Communist plan. Just what Obama wants!
