Have a look again at what we have now to work with....

plus your normal widescreen 2D monitor you just bought and you could
substitute that holoscreen, not well depicted there with a 3D TV monitor
if you want. You can imporve that screen with a black background
contrast or something.
At the bottom of that page, the small photo-realistic real-time hologram.
And we want of course to keep our present 2D technology and our desktop
computers with their 4 processors and their terabyte drives.

To make up the multi-media desk set.

With that you enter a new realm of gaming experience and you can have an
AI assistant and you can shop till you drop as if you were surrounded in
helpful sales staff.

Then if you go elsewhere and you summon your AI, they may have more
sophisticated equipment, and remember they have their own scripts so you
can even select behaviors for that location that are unique.

You see now your AI gets more interesting when you go out with it to
some place. And you can teach the AI new behaviors (and know them
yourself) by taking the AI to a cool local cyber cafe where people bring
their AI's and they go for coffee.

To teach your AI, you just save the script if your computer has what is
need to run that script. You see if they have equipment that you don't
have, then you have to go there to use that equipment to get your AI to
have those sets of behaviors needed to perform whatever it was it performed.

And lets pretend that was to act as DJ in this cool club and you wanted
your AI to play your song list.

And since they have large equipment, he is life size spinning the disks
wearing headphones looking real, following a theme, playing your list
and people are dancing and well that's just one example of specialized
equipment.

Ed Sullivan used to preview the acts that were going on stage.
That is what people usually do if you are broadcasting live on
television. You could have your own cable TV show if Wayne's World can
be on cable.

But if you go to the club and want your AI to perform, you might have to
send a prerecorded video of the theme (easy as pushing one button) so
they can preview it, since they can contyrol scripts but not what an AI
says.

But then that is even better than what happened to Ed Sullivan when the
Doors played there and they refused to change their lyrics from oh I
can't remember what it was, but it was like saying heck instead of darn.

So he banned them. And they said we don't care, we already played the Ed
Sullivan Show. But then even Ed would not have dared to get the gaff.
That long pole with a hook on the end to yank Jim Morrison off stage.{GTR}
