Ive decided to install the recovery console for XP home but whilst
installing the .msi file I get an error
"The Windows Installer service
cannot update one or more protected windows files"
The event viewer shows error 1933.

I have run sfc /scannow but it has found nothing wrong, does anyone have
any suggestions?
