The one-way speed of light never been measured. The two-way speed of
light never been measure using physical meter stick to measure
distance.
The speed of light is a defined constant as follows:
i meter length = 1/299,792,458 light-second.
Therefore the speed of light is:
c=1 light-second/1 second=1

I understand .. you make it clear you don't know SR as you are talking about
absolute frames in SR and have other misconceptions as I recall.
