From: debz_w69 on 16 May 2010 14:17 When I try to open Microsoft Outlook, the following error message appears: "The connection to Microsost Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." When I click ok, a window opens with a general tab asking for the microsoft exchange server and mailbox details to be entered. Could someone please help me to get rid of this error message so I can configure my outlook profile.
