Up until recently they were able to send and receive emails, and now they can only receive. The following message appears when they try to send an email .. The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.tpg.com.au', Server: 'mail.tpg.com.au', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I've having a look with no success (i'm their grandaughter) Does anyone know how to fix this?
