From: jo5030 on 23 Apr 2010 17:38 I am running Office 2007 and recently upgraded to Windows 7. Ever since I have upgraded (I think) I am getting the error 'The data file was not closed properly. Checking for problems'. This eventually resolves itself. I know that I have closed it down correctly. Any suggestions? I have checked the Add-Ins, and the only ones that are left weem to be official MS ones

From: jo5030 on 24 Apr 2010 03:37 Yes I am - I have an iPhone that is running a calendar app that synchronises with Outlook. Do you see this happening? I will disable it and then experiment "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: > Are you syncing with a smartphone or ipod? Yes, it's the iphone sync that causes it. Make sure you have the latest updates installed for your version of Outlook. Generally speaking, its more annoying than anything - its rare for it to cause data loss. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM New Poll: What type of email account is your main account? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=42402 "jo5030" <jo5030(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:6E28F8C4-BA22-4656-9C96-3A394F941035(a)microsoft.com... > Yes I am - I have an iPhone that is running a calendar app that > synchronises > with Outlook.
