SQL Server 2000

I'm gettting this error when I try and apply the snapshot:

"The query processor could not produce a query plan from the optimizer
because a query cannot update a text, ntext, or image column and a clustering
key at the same time."

Anybody have any idea what might be wrong?

I've tried creating and applying the snapshot three times and I get the same
error each time.
