From: Faraz A. Qureshi on 3 Sep 2009 01:28 I am quite new to using the Microsoft Movie Maker and sure would oblige if one could help me in the following matters: 1. Upon applying an effect on the entrance of a picture like sliding diagonally from the botton left, I want the picture to remain on display for some time before the next picture starts sliding in. However, as soon as one picture slides in completely, it disappears and the next one starts. 2. Similarly, the Mirror Title I have set at the beginning hardly stops in the mid and slides out slowly. I want the title to be sliding inside at a faster rate stop for some reasonable time in the mid and then slide out fastly. All your help/guidance or providing a source of helpful relevant material on net shall be highly appreciated. Thanx in advance. -- Best Regards, Faraz
From: PapaJohn on 3 Sep 2009 01:38 The Online > Tutorials and Refereces page of my website has links to lots of online info about using Movie Maker. Changing the duration of the images and title overlays, and overlapping the clips for a longer time are the things to do to change the time/duration. -- PapaJohn www.papajohn.org "Faraz A. From: PapaJohn on 3 Sep 2009 03:31 Thanks Faraz, As I put the basics about Movie Maker into two books, the website assumes you've got them covered and goes into intermediate and advanced stuff. Skip over the confusing stuff. -- PapaJohn www.papajohn.org "Faraz A.
