From: MZB on 24 Jun 2010 09:58 I know this is a Dell newsgroup, but I'm wondering if any of you are familiar with this particular computer? The L505D-LS5005 model is on sale ($465 total cost). 15.6" screen. 250 gb HD 2 gb AMD Athlon II M300 (2 ghz). Windows 7 Home Premium Would this be sufficient for my needs (internet, spreadsheet, word processor)? Would I need more memory to increase speed? Mel

No readily available service manuals. Scarcity of parts. Internal design by Rub Goldberg or Microsoft. Disassembly and reassembly is always a serious chore... Ben Myers
