From: TheLee on 26 Apr 2010 15:58 Hello, I'm new to access and have a question regarding the footer. I created a text box and inserted a basic equation for the the total cost of the order, =Sum( [UnitPrice]*[Quantity]), however it is not appearing on the form. The visibility property on the footer is set to Yes. Please let me know what I am missing - Thanks -

From: TheLee on 26 Apr 2010 16:43 I got it to work by using a Continuous Form. Is this feature available on the other form types? Just curious because this type will work. I was using a Datasheet Form. Thanks - John W. Vinson wrote: >>Hello, >>I'm new to access and have a question regarding the footer. A Single Form has both (but a total could be confusing since you'ld see only one record). -- John W. Vinson [MVP]
