That's not a path, and even if it was, it wouldn't be to the suspect malware file. Assuming AVG has identified a variant of trojan.clicker (which variant that is, is unknown at this time), it would have mentioned what file (possibly a temporary file) it was detected in. There is a possibility that AVG is blocking access to the malware and you are experiencing the result of revisiting the malware rather than a problem in incomplete removal.
