Unrestricted Access is a different kind of protection. Instead, you must
click on Restrict Formatting and Editing. In the pane that opens, click on
Stop Protection. For greater convenience, put the Protect/Unprotect button
(padlock icon and called Lock in the All Commands list) on your QAT.
