I know that this could be a some kind of anti-spam measure but is
there a possibility to force sendmail to run as aspected by that smtp
server ?

Yes

If you want more information, then you should contact the operators of
the system that dont like what you send it.

I expect it will go somewhere along the lines of "Make sure your
message includes a Subject: header"

So do that.
