It failed after reloading the TrueCrypt stuff and relaoding the header info. It said that the password was incorrect. I did come across a great little utility that will simplify the process: http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=624 Virtual CD Control Panel - ~32k Portable, no install or reboot, created a virtual CD drive. After creating the rescue ISO copy it to a virtual drive and check it there. It will save lots of CDs and time. We'll just archive the ISO files on a server and burn them as needed.
