Hello cant install, I get the following errors.

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process.

Facility: Win32
ID no: c0070020
Microsoft Exchange Setup


I searched for this error ID with no luck, anyone have a clue?

Shut down all non-essential services before running setup. Make sure you
don't have any performance monitors running, and make sure no other systems
are running performance monitors against the server. Sometimes you can just
skip the file if you need to and the installation will proceed properly; you
might try that as well.
