From: 1woundupcontemplative on 25 Feb 2008 08:16 We have recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I am trying to sned a newsletter email to a group. When I select the group to send it Bcc, I type the email...when I go to send it it throws a Microsoft Office Word dialog box stating "an internal support function returned an error." It will not send the email. I did not have this problem in Outlook Express. In fact, I can go into Outlook Express and use the same group and process and it works fine. Any thoughts on what is going on and how to correct it?

From: 1woundupcontemplative on 25 Feb 2008 09:23 Thanks for the reply. The problem DOES occur when using Outlook editor. It just comes up in a Microsoft Oultook dialog box rather than a Word dialog box. I would say there are over 100 email addresses in this particular list. Is there a limit in Outlook that was not there in Outlook Express? Is there a way to get around it? "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: > how large is the group? From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 25 Feb 2008 10:25 there seems to be one. Try sending to approx 1/4 or 1/2 of the addresses and see if it works. It could also be something else - maybe some HTML code outlook doesn't support. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "1woundupcontemplative" <1woundupcontemplative(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:C9DB85C0-64CC-4FCE-AF06-E15BC46A32C3(a)microsoft.com... > Thanks for the reply. > The problem DOES occur when using Outlook editor.
