Did you actually need > to install a certain package in Mandriva? > > > Regards, > Clemens The current package is turtlebeach-firmware-1.0.23-1-x86_64 and contains the following: /lib/firmware/turtlebeach/msndinit.bin /lib/firmware/turtlebeach/msndperm.bin /lib/firmware/turtlebeach/pndsperm.bin /lib/firmware/turtlebeach/pndspini.bin which are merely symlinks which point to firmware files of the same names in /etc/sound/ but then there are no bin files in /etc/sound or its subdirs. I will try to find time later today to put the card in and see if it works out of the box with Slackware64. It does not work with Mandriva until after installing the firmware package.
