Stephen Hawking has proposed this same thing. This is a two time
together concept. Things are happening in two times together. A single
point of time has two universal rates.

Proper time means that all slower rates in the two times are
indistinguishable. The clocks will register the differences but
nothing will appear to them otherwise.

There are two time substances both with a rate the merges into one.

The two time concept is the two aether rates of gravity strength and
speed in the universe coming together over flowing energy. There is
flow of aether for light and another for matter. Light rate unifies
the two time flows over matter and energy.

Einstein brought back the aether later. I consider that to be a sign
of a superior physicist.
