From: Tim2007 on 12 Mar 2010 17:08 I want to print a series of notes along with the slide. PPT 2007 only allows one slide per page using 'Notes' and the type is very small. This wastes a lot of paper with only one slide per page as much of the page remains blank. Is there another methodolgy for printing more slides (ie. 3 slides) with notes on each page? -- TD - Northville
From: Presentation Studio on 12 Mar 2010 17:39 Hi Tim, as you say - the notes page is only available with one per page. however, if when you print you set the printer properties to print multiple slides to a page you will overcome this problem. (under print/ printer properties - change the multiple up settings - e.g. 2 up or 4 up.) 4 per page does make the notes section quite small - but you can change the font size for the notes either manually on the slides or in the master if that helps. good luck! -- Emma Bannister PowerPoint Specialist www.presentationstudio.com "Tim2007" <Tim2007(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:674090C1-16C8-47A4-B953-514FA199F4AA(a)microsoft.com... > I want to print a series of notes along with the slide.
