After more than seven years, Mythicsoft has released a new version of
Agent Ransack. The freeware Lite version handles all the standard file
searching operations. From the Readme:

"Agent Ransack provides compelling advantages over similar search tools:
- Perl compatible regular expressions that allow complex rule based
searches.
- Web style Boolean searches for ease of use.
- Immediate contents results view.
- Various wizards to walk the user through the searching process."

Supports Win2K through 7.

Does Agent Ransack allow the user to specify specific (unusual) file
extensions of files to be searched? For example, I have text file
with a ".ion" file extension that I would like searched/indexed. Will
AR do that?
