From: charlie R on 18 Oct 2006 13:07 Shaun, You'll need to go to the manufacturer's website to download drivers for 98Se. Look on the case for a brandname, and serial no., and type it in Google search box. charlie R "Gabriel Knight" <fairmontxabc(a)bigpond.com> wrote in message news:c4tZg.49392$rP1.17418(a)news-server.bigpond.net.au... : Hi , I have a "Super Flash Drive 128mb" USB drive but I cant locate a driver : for it to use on my win 98 SE machine I dont know any more than above it : dosnt need any drivers for win xp can anyone help? : : Thanks : Shaun : :

I found that there are only a few different types of drives, regardless of the great variety in product names. Try all the ones you can find - sandisk, kingston, etc. Having the extra drivers in you system should not cause a probem - they are only used when needed. If you have only one drive, remove the drivers that don't work. Remember that there a few drives which simply will not work in win98. Stuart

I got caught buying one which was 2000/XP, because I assumed there'd be 98 drivers. Fortunately I'd got it from Crucial, who gave me a refund even though it was all my fault! mike

They will help you get the drivers you need. I had to do that for a Sandisk win 98 driver for Micro USB drive, and they emailed it to me. It wasn't on their site. Kate
