Hello,
I´ve seen some USB to IR adapters, somebody knows if they work with
the HP48 IR???

Almost certainly not. Most (if not all) USB<->IR adaptors support IrDA
whereas the HP48 uses its own proprietary protocol and the two are not
compatible.
