USB, optical mouse problem

From: Claire on 15 Feb 2010 22:48 Hello, On freshly installed Windows: mouse pointer is frozen on Windows startup, but keyboard is OK. It is USB optical mouse and there is a light under it. When I unplug it and plug in it again the mouse start working. I tried it on all USB slots my computer has and the behavior is the same on all. The same mouse works fine on another computer. I appreciate your advice, Claire

You say the same mouse works fine on another computer....
