We applied Windows Updates this weekend. Ever since, when users try to print
reports from our SharePoint site, they receive the "Unable to Load Client
Print Control" error.

We have updated the script that pushes out and registers the new
rsclientprint.dll, but it does not correct the problem.

In our troubleshooting, we have discovered if we keep the old
rsclientprint.dll (2/10/07) or remove the dll and rll's completely, and the
user is a local admin to their workstation, they will get prompted from the
SQL server to download the new files. BUT it does not update the new files.
Obviously, the user will continue to get prompted each time unless they check
the box to always install.

We cannot have our users be local admins of their workstations, so this is
not a solution.

Why does SQL not recognize the new rsclientprint.dll when we script install
to the workstation? Why does SQL not install the new dll when going that
avenue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
