I have assigned a static IP to the device. The IP range has been added to the trusted zone. Also I have checked and re-checked the permissions on the shared folder. I have a 2003 server which has no issues accessing the same mapped drive. It has the same ESET antivirus and firewall installed. PS: Extra hair loss!
