From: spsmith on 5 Nov 2009 12:21 I am having problems with one computer in my network that can't connect to Office Online to retrieve templates. She opens Word, the new and clicks on templates and is unable to retreive any because she gets the message....unable to connect to office online. I have tried to "retry" and "troubleshoot" but that doesn't work. I have researched this issue for some time now and can't find any suggestions that work. Please help -- spsmith -- spsmith

Word version, Operating system version, network type. What suggestions have you "researched" so we won't duplicate efforts? Have you tried to access the internet on the computer and is it freely accessible? Firewall and/or router blocking access for Word. Lots of other help may be available. |
